This offer is exclusively for people without a regular source of income or without savings or people who are dependent on employment or social services and without a partner with a fixed income. Also possible in financially difficult times or special cases. It depends on the possibilities of the person or persons. The best way to do this is to write us an email in which you describe your situation and indicate the period for which this offer is necessary for you. We would like to point out that this is no ordinary discount offer. We expect you to appreciate the work of the teachers and the studio staff and to handle this matter conscientiously. CLASS SUBSCRIPTIONS & MEMBERSHIPS

1. class subscriptions (SA) and memberships (M) are personal, non-transferable and non-refundable.

2. if a SA or M has been paid but is not used or is only partially used, it will expire after the valid period and is non-refundable.

3. ongoing SA's or M's can be cancelled due to illness, accident or pregnancy and under immediate presentation of a medical certificate to B.Yoga via mail.

4. certain M's can be extended due to business commitments; max. 1 week for Unlimited Trimester M' and Unlimited Semester M' and max. 2 weeks for an Unlimited Year M'. Extensions must be requested in advance and via mail to B.Yoga. M' extensions for other reasons are not possible.

5. changes in the studio or in the teacher class schedule can be made by B.Yoga at any time. No refund is possible for this.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TAPAS MEMBERSHIP/CONTRACTS

1. the member authorizes B.Yoga Basel to charge his credit card account, monthly on the same day according to the chosen contract. In return, the member enjoys unlimited access to all regular yoga classes on the weekly schedule or to one yoga class per week (excluding special offers such as Pre/Postnatal, Kids and Family Yoga). The direct debit contract is a 12 month agreement and can be frozen for a maximum of 3 months. Thereafter, the payment process continues as normal. To pause the contract, the member notifies B.Yoga at least 2 weeks before the next payment is due. This temporary suspension of the contract will only be approved once during the entire contract period.

2. the member can cancel the direct debit contract via personal notification to B.Yoga, at least 1 month before the next due payment and at the earliest after 3 months of contract. There is no extra charge for early cancellation. However, in case of early termination, the right to the free 12th month will be forfeited.

3. after the 12 months, the contract is automatically renewed. 1 month before the new contract starts, B.Yoga will inform you via mail. Up to 2 days before the new contract starts, you can notify B.Yoga personally to stop this process.

4. if your credit card is lost, stolen or expires, you agree to notify B.Yoga before the next payment is due. After the second declined payment, B.Yoga has the right to terminate the contract. You agree, among other things, to reimburse B.Yoga for any amount due during this period.

5. you agree that B.Yoga is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings while you are attending a class. You understand that the classes at B.Yoga Basel may be physically demanding and participate of your own free will. Fully aware of the risk of injury of any kind, damage to or loss of personal property and death whether from negligence or otherwise, you agree that neither you nor your relatives, heirs, assigns or legal representatives shall proceed, claim or sue B.Yoga Basel in any manner whatsoever.

WORKSHOPS, EVENTS, YOGA RETREATS & TRAININGS:

1. workshop (WS), event (E), yoga retreat (YR) & trainings (TR) bookings are personal, non-transferable and non-refundable.

2. If a WS, E or YR was paid for but not attended at all or only partially attended, the claim will expire after the effective date. Expired WS, E or YR bookings are non-refundable.

WS, E or YR bookings may be cancelled due to illness, accident and/or personal reasons (except funerals) in accordance with the following provisions:

WS's & E's. For cancellation 2 weeks in advance: cancellation fee of 20 CHF and payment of the difference in cash or without cancellation fee and payment in the form of B.Yoga credit. Cancellation 48h in advance: Cancellation fee of 30 CHF and payment of the difference in the form of B.Yoga credit. Cancellation less than 48h in advance: NO refund unless the WS or E is fully booked and we find another participant in your place. If the latter occurs, we will proceed as for a cancellation 48h in advance.

YR's & TR's. Cancellation of the YR/TR booking is possible until the start of the YR/TR, with a cancellation fee of 90% of the total YR/TR price (basic costs plus any extra costs). The cancellation fee will be reduced to 10% of the total price, if all places of the YR/TR (also those vacated by further cancellations) are fully booked or the canceling party finds a replacement for him/her who is not already interested in the YR/TR, let alone on the B.Yoga waiting list for the YR/TR. You are free to prove to B.Yoga that the loss or damage caused by your cancellation is substantially less than the aforementioned cancellation fee, or none at all. At this point B.Yoga recommends a special travel insurance to reduce financial risks. This should ideally be taken out at the latest at the time of payment of the YR/TR.

B.Yoga Basel reserves the right, after the second unsuccessful reminder to pay the full price, to refuse your participation in the YR/TR and to sell your place to someone else. In this case B.Yoga is entitled to a cancellation fee according to the previous paragraph.

Should the YR/TR prove to be financially unreasonable, dangerous or impossible for B.Yoga Basel (except in the case of too few participants, war or epidemics), B.Yoga Basel is entitled to cancel the YR/TR. If this occurs, B.Yoga will refund any payments already made for the YR/TR. Other damages will not be paid by B.Yoga Basel.

B.Yoga Basel may deny you the right to participate in the YR/TR without further notice if you disrupt the course of the retreat or wilfully disregard your responsibilities and duties. In this case, you will be responsible for the costs of your extraordinary return trip.

If the host or the leadership of the YR/TR is unable to teach during the YR/TR due to illness or other valid reasons, B.Yoga Basel may replace him or her with the second host or someone with equivalent qualifications. If the cancellation of a host or teacher is determined before the start of the YR/TR and you cancel your booking due to this, you will only owe B.Yoga half of the cancellation fees already mentioned. Other price reductions due to such a cancellation will not be granted by B.Yoga Basel.

PRODUCTS

Yoga items. Yoga items purchased at B.Yoga Basel can only be returned and refunded during the following 7 days. A return is only valid if the product is defective. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs due to exchange or return. Refunds are only possible if the equivalent product is no longer available and he/she does not wish to exchange it for another product.

Skin & Body Products. Skin & Body products purchased at B.Yoga Basel can only be returned and refunded during the following 7 days. Returns are only possible as long as the product is not opened, used or damaged. Any shipping costs due to exchange or return are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are only possible if the equivalent product is no longer available and he/she does not wish to exchange it for another product.
