Drop us an email or come by our yoga studio close to class time, we will be happy to answer your questions personally. If you would like to join our classes, you can always drop in directly at the studio or sign up online through our Schedule page.
You don't need to contact us directly to join the regular schedule classes, we will happily welcome you at the studio 20 minutes before class starts. The only thing you need are comfortable clothes, we do have public mats. Check our FAQ page.
For Prenatal Yoga, we recommend you to join after the 12th. week of pregnancy, specially if you have no previous yoga experience. For Postnatal Yoga, you can join the course 8 weeks after birth.
