In our Program: Beginners Series

 

The Beginners Series is a great place to begin your yoga practice or revisit the fundamentals of posture, breath, and focus.

During this special series, you will learn details of alignment, how to connect breath with postures and movement, and general guidelines to keep you safe and confident while you practice.

These workshop-style classes will move at a slower pace with plenty of opportunities for questions and one-on-one guidance.
