- letting go of the fear of falling
- how to breathe efficiently while upside down
- how to use the wall to your advantage
- alignment tricks and tips
- handstand variations and how to assist others
About Valentine Bahri
Valentine began her Yoga practice about 10 years ago and started teaching in 2017. Since then, she’s worked full time as an independent yoga teacher based in Bern. Also a dedicated student of Yoga, she regularly takes continuing education trainings to broaden and diversify her knowledge. A typical class with Valentine includes slow-paced vinyasa flow, rooted in and inspired by Hatha practices. She believes in a non-dogmatic approach, her classes are a soft blend of dynamic & non-dynamic components, infused with yin & mobility as well as pranayama and meditation/visualization. All of these elements helped her develop a solid & efficient approach to inversions and arm balances that she loves to include in her practice and teaching.
