In our Program: Vinyasa Yoga

 

Vinyasa Yoga unfolded out of the Ashtanga Yoga tradition founded by Shri K. Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India. 𝘝π˜ͺ𝘯𝘺𝘒𝘴𝘒 translates to "arranging something in a special way," and this modality of Yoga focuses on assembling sequences of Asanas (postures) in which the Breath (Ujjayi Pranayama) is the linking element that creates the foundation of a Yogi's practice.
