“Ever since I discovered Yoga during my studies in Berlin, I fell in love with the feeling Yoga gives to my body and mind. The practice of Yoga helps me to let go of expectations and to fully accept my physical body and its strengths as much as its limits. Living around the world, Yoga stayed a constant part of my life. After finding a home in Basel, I discovered B.,Yoga and decided to take the next step, deepen my practice and complete the 250h Vinyasa Krama TT while the world has been in a global pandemic. Sharing Yoga gives me the opportunity to create a space where you can arrive simply the way you are and feel, to find connection with yourself and meet your practice one breath at a time.”
