In Our Program: Yin Slow Flow

 

The aim of this class is to make us feel better, just as much as it is to make us better at feeling.
Gentle flowing movements are here to focus the attention, synchronise the breath and lubricate the joints. Long holds (using a Yin Yoga approach) are here to explore the inner landscapes of our bodies and find a deep release in muscles, connective tissue and busy minds.

Everybody is welcome--especially those with a tight body!
