Join Clare Nicholls and Schalk Viljoen on this beautiful foundation course for anyone interested in teaching Jivamukti Yoga. Schalk and Clare are advanced certified and have mentored on the Jivamukti 300hr Teacher Training. They have been friends for more than ten years, both began studying with the epic Emma Henry in London and have, by the magical path of dharma, found their way to Switzerland!

Schalk and Clare are regular teachers here at B.Yoga and are very excited to offer this course to the Basel Yoga Community.

The course is designed as a great introduction to Jivamukti Yoga for those who have taken previous teacher trainings and are Jivamukti curious or for someone who has taken no previous teacher training and is interested in establishing a foundation in the basics to teach. There is a heavy practical component with a lot of time devoted to teaching technique and importantly safe, accessible, appropriate hands on assists. The philosophical content focuses on what we need to communicate the essence of yoga concisely, clearly and compassionately.

Following completion of the 75hrs and a test class you will be qualified to teach the Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior class and be a registered Jivamukti Yoga Teacher.

This course will be structured over five weekends in the autumn held at B.Yoga in Basel. Each day will include a one-hour lunch break.
