Working on taking your vinyasa practice to the next level? Arm Balances are fun and challenging poses that give us the opportunity to flip our perspective upside down. Maybe you find yourself wanting to try the peak pose in class when it is cued, but feel unconfident, lack the core and shoulder strength needed, and therefore are hesitant and afraid of injuring yourself.
In this extensive workshop, Daniela will guide you through the mechanics of arm balances. Learn how to properly stack your joints and shift your center of gravity so you feel weightless. Grow your yogi toolbox with exercises you can practice at home, so you can return to class and fly with conviction.

bakasana + parsva bakasana (crow and side crow pose)
pincha mayurasana (forearm stand pose)
koundinyasana (flying splits pose)
This workshop is suitable for intermediate and beginner yogis who have a steady practice.
